The Vision of Gniewczyna Wagon Factory is to obtain the position of an unchallenged leader in cargo wagons industry for Polish market and a place in the group of the finest European producers.

In order to provide our business partners with a comprehensive offer, our vision forecasts development of all the activities we run so far, i.e. production, modernization and repair, both of wagons and of their parts, as well as a wide range of services in Poland and abroad.

We wish to satisfy the needs of our clients with high quality products.  

Continuous investment in new technologies and machines will let us keep the status of the most modern Polish producer in the industry, whereas implementing IT systems and their infrastructure will allow us to ensure high organizational level and competitive product prices.

The accomplishment of those tasks is aided by qualified staff, who see that their future and their advancement possibilities are connected with the development of our factory.
