Employees celebrated their jubilee

Work Anniversary is an unusual event in the life of every production plant. This is the moment when one can leave the responsibilities behind and concentrate on people who have worked for the company for many years.

Gniewczyna Wagon Factory, the production plant with long-term employment traditions, pays a lot of attention to maintaining jubilee traditions of their employees.
Due to this fact, on November 18th and 19th HR Department organized anniversary ceremonies during which the president of the board and directors of particular departments met with the employees celebrating their 25th , 20th, 15th and 10th work anniversaries (for Gniewczyna Wagon Factory).
The president Krzysztof Kłak thanked the employees for all the years of their work for the company. In the following part of the speech he discussed the present situation of the railway market and presented the challenges to be met in the nearest future. President Kłak highlighted the fact that the unfavourable economic situation puts limitations on the carriers’ financial abilities. He emphasized, at the same time, that the board of the company puts a lot of effort into finding optimal solutions to the present situation.
Directors present at the meeting congratulated the employees on their successes and their professional experience. All the celebrating employees received commemorative certificates, flowers and gifts.
After the official part of the meeting and presenting gifts, employees celebrating their jubilee gathered at the table prepared by the HR Department to chat and reminisce about the years that passed, in the congenial atmosphere. Everybody had a really good time, especially Production Department employees celebrating their jubilee together with director Wiesław Kojdra.
