The four axle Scs series 435 Z type car is used for transporting ACTS exchangeable containers. It is based on the four axle Rs 412 Z flat car. The changes include adding three swivel frames onto the chassis.
The car has a type certificate of operation from the General Railways Inspector (currently, the Railroad Transportation Agency).
