The four axle Sis series 426S type car with telescope housing is used for break-bulk or pallet freight which require protection from ambient factors during transportation. The car has hinged sides that allow access for forklifts.
The car is based on the four axle 424Z type flat car.
The car has a type certificate of operation from the General Railways Inspector (currently, the Railroad Transportation Agency).
