The four axle Eanos series type 423W freight car is used for transportation of bulk goods (coal, sand, ore, aggregates). The car can be discharged by side tipplers. The car has a modern and durable design (with a heavy-duty cantrail).
The car has a type certificate of operation issued by the General Railways Inspector (currently, the Office for Railway Transport).
