The four axle Eaos series type 428Wa freight car is used for transportation of bulk goods (coal, ore, aggregates). The car can be discharged by side tipplers. The car has washout doors at the end of its diagonal. It is also fitted with a new type of brake system. The car is designed for domestic traffic.
The car has a type certificate of operation issued by the General Railways Inspector (currently, the Office for Railway Transport).
